Each powerbank comes with 3 charging cables: Lightning, micro USB and USB-C. It means you can charge the vast majority of Android and Apple smartphones and tablets (Asus, Blackberry, HTC, Huawei, LG, Honor, Nexus, Nokia, Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi…), but also many other electronic devices such as some mobile phones, bluetooth speakers, MP3 players, cameras, readers, laptops, gamepads…

Your rental starts when your powerbank is unlocked. When you return your powerbank, the duration is rounded to the nearest 60 minutes. One day rental is 24 hours from the time you started renting.

We only temporarily hold this amount on your card to ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the service. It serves as a security deposit, which is released when you return the power bank to any of our stations. You’ll only be charged for the duration you rented the power bank. Depending on your bank, the deposit is typically released immediately or may take up to 3 days to appear on your statementry depending on your device.

Please check your balance. It’s possible that you don’t have the required 20 euros, which is the amount of the security deposit we temporarily hold at the beginning of the rental until you return the power bank to any of our stations.
