What devices can I charge?

Each powerbank comes with 3 charging cables: Lightning, micro USB and USB-C. It means you can charge the vast majority of Android and Apple smartphones and tablets (Asus, Blackberry, HTC, Huawei, LG, Honor, Nexus, Nokia, Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi…), but also many other electronic devices such as some mobile phones, bluetooth speakers, MP3 players, cameras, readers, laptops, gamepads…

How is rental duration calculated?

Your rental starts when your powerbank is unlocked. When you return your powerbank, the duration is rounded to the nearest 60 minutes. One day rental is 24 hours from the time you started renting.

How long does it take to charge my phone?

It takes on average 60 minutes to fully charge a mobile device, but this might slightly vary depending on your device.

Why am I charged 15 euros at the beginning of the rental?

It takes on average 60 minutes to fully charge a mobile device, but this might slightly vaYou’re not actually charged anything. We only temporarily hold this amount on your card to ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the service. It serves as a security deposit, which is released when you return the power bank to any of our stations. You’ll only be charged for the duration you rented the power bank. Depending on your bank, the deposit is typically released immediately or may take up to 3 days to appear on your statementry depending on your device.

Why was my payment declined?

Please check your balance. It’s possible that you don’t have the required 20 euros, which is the amount of the security deposit we temporarily hold at the beginning of the rental until you return the power bank to any of our stations.

How do I get the receipt?

What stations would you recommend for restaurants?

Depending on the size of your restaurant, we recommend 6-slot powerbank station, or a medium 12-slot station. The small station doesn’t take up much space in the restaurant, its subtle appearance will leave room for the aesthetics of an intimate setting. The medium-sized is larger and more eye-catching, making it ideal for a larger restaurant with more guests, in order to meet the demands of rush hours.

Where should I place a powerbank station?

The station should be accessible and easy to find. Smaller stations will need some help to stand out and should therefore be placed in a visible spot. Place these on eye-level by either using a stand or place them on a bar/counter!

Who’s responsible for customer support and maintenance?

We are! You don’t have to worry about anything. Users can contact us through the app or webpage regarding any issue related to their powerbank rental. If you notice any irregularity regarding your powerbank station, get in touch with us and we’ll sort the issue.

What happens after I order a station?
